Pirate Fashions, LLC Finds New Home Through Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT’s Liz Menendez
Tampa, FL (January 11, 2017) – Pirate Properties, LLC, has purchased a 7,000-square-foot industrial warehouse located at 4006 West Cayuga Street for $596,000. Pirate Fashions, LLC, a pirate retail store, occupies the building. Liz Menendez, CCIM, a commercial sales associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Tampa, worked with owner Tiger Lee in the transaction.
“The store is extremely unique,” said Menendez. “When you walk in the door, you are greeted by staff that is dressed in historic pirate clothing.All customers must ring the bell and ask permission to board.”
Pirate Fashions, LLC is now open in its new, larger location. The retail store provides clothing to Gasparilla krewe members, film and TV production cast members and for local pirate re-enactors. The store has provided props that have been featured in Black Sails, Crossbones and Sleepy Hollow, among many others.
“We produce quality attire that isn’t available anywhere else,” said Tiger Lee. “Halloween stores offer cheap costumes, but we provide authentic, high-quality products that are meant to be shown off in parades, Tampa Bucs games and on film sets. Many of our products are designed and made right here in the store.”
