Stefan Bolsen Named Branch Manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Marco Island Office

 Marco Island, FL (February 26, 2016) – Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate has named Stefan Bolsen as the new branch manager of the company’s Marco Island office, where he will lead over 40  independent sales associates. Bolsen brings more than ten years of experience in real estate.

Originally from Germany, Bolsen and his family relocated to southwest Florida in 2001. They settled in Marco Island and Bolsen established his real estate career. Bolsen specialized in luxury real estate and marketed his listings to domestic and international clients.

In 2010, Bolsen founded Naples 5thAvenue, a boutique real estate office.  In 2014, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate purchased his company. In his real estate career, Bolsen has earned an International President’s Circle Award, a recognition earned by the top performers in Florida real estate.
