WASHINGTON, D.C. (February 27, 2014) – The Jane Fairweather Team with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Bethesda office have been named the No.8 sales team in North America by Coldwell Banker®. The team closed over $125 million in sales in 2013, shattering their sales record from 2012 of $109 million.

She also serves on the Montgomery County Executive Isaiah Leggett’s Economic Advisory Council, and has deliveredthe “State of the Market” speech at the Bethesda/Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce’s Real Estate Update Presentation the last five years.
