MIAMI (April 4, 2014) — Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s No. 1 sales team worldwide, The Jills®, have sold 15 Star Island Drive for $17.5 million and 30 Star Island Drive for $29 million, totaling $46.5 million in Star Island real estate in less than 30 days. Since 2012, there have been only eight sales on Star Island, and The Jills were involved in five of those transactions. The sale of 30 Star Island closed today, while the sale of 15 Star Island which closed in late March.
