Tim Savoy Named to Prestigious Coldwell Banker Real Estate 30 Under 30 List
WASHINGTON, D.C. (July 18, 2016) – Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC has announced that Tim Savoy, an independent sales associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Washington, D.C., was named to the Coldwell Banker® 30 Under 30. This prestigious list encompasses the top young real estate professionals among the almost 85,000 Coldwell Banker professionals working in 47 countries around the world. This group of real estate professionals honors the heritage of founders, Colbert Coldwell and later Arthur Banker, who started their company at 24 and 28 years old, respectively.
Savoy, 26, was honored for his commitment to the community and his above-and-beyond attitude in his career. Savoy regularly pens articles for the Washington Post and Washington Blade, extending his knowledge of the real estate market to Washington area residents. His community commitments include running and raising money for the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors, pet adoption and serving as captain of the Walk to End HIV. Savoy has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage since 2014.
The Coldwell Banker organization will honor Savoy at their international Generation Blue Experience in Miami, Florida from Oct. 18-20.
