The collective funds will increase their value in 2019 by just over 27 per cent

Numisbing AB (publ) reports to NAV about three classes of funds that Numisbing AB (publ) invests in. There are three different classes of “Collectibles Fund” with separate portfolio funds. During November and December, NAV increased and on a full-year basis the various classes increased with the following results. Class A 27.68%, Class B 26.98%, Class C 25.80%. This is roughly the same positive development of the fund as in 2018. The "Collectibles Fund" is used to acquire more numismatic objects to the existing portfolio.

- "Shaky stock markets contribute strongly to the great interest in the collector market. The collector's fund shows very strong growth of over 28 percent in 2018 and a growth of just over 27 percent in 2019. Today, the funds are worth $ 5,800,000 and have almost 17,800 items in their possession, ”says Numisbing's founder and chairman, Ramkumar Sarangapani.

The funds are divided into three classes: A, B and C. There are different investment levels to be able to invest in each class. There are three different investment classes. Due to different investment levels, management fees also shift. That is why there is also a difference in results and outcomes.

Class A is the minimum investment of US $ 1,000,000.

Class B is the minimum investment of US $ 100,000

Class C is the minimum investment of US $ 10,000.

Development of the “Collectibles Fund” NAV in the last months of 2019.

 

In November 2019, the funds developed as follows:

Class A NAV was US $ 161.54 (+ 1.38%)

Class B NAV was US $ 160.02 (+ 1.32%)

Class C NAV was US $ 157.89 (+ 1.25%)

 

In December 2019, the funds developed as follows:

Class A NAV was US $ 163.88 (+ 1.45%)

Class B NAV was US $ 122.24 (+ 1.39%)

Class C NAV was US $ 159.98 (+ 1.32%)

 

On a full-year basis 2019 compared to the previous year 2018, the funds have developed as follows:

CLASS 'A' NAV: During the year, Class A increased by + 27.68%.

CLASS 'B' NAV: During the year, Class B increased by + 26.98%.

CLASS 'C' NAV: During the year, Class C increased by + 25.80%.

The total investment from NUMISBING GROUP in the fund is USD 2.70 million (USD 2 million from NUMISBING AB and USD 700K from Numisbing Ltd).

Attached is the up-to-date information regarding NUMISBING AB & NUMISBING LTD, including the accounting summary for collective assets obtained from the fund administrator.

It should also be noted that Numisbing Limited, which is the subsidiary of Numisbing AB (publ), acts as an investment advisor to the collecting funds.

The investment market

The interest in investing in historical coins has increased in recent years, and the international stock market's investors are looking for more diversified investment portfolios. As concerns in the global stock markets, investors are looking for more value-prone investment items and thus the pricing of these items is increasing, which is mainly historical coins.

The Collectibles Fund Segregated Portfolio, which is managed by Cabaritta Funds SPC, is a closed fund that has been in the Cayman Islands since 2017. The fund's goals are to value and estimate assets within its collection area and invest primarily in collectors' items and artworks, focusing on a historic annual return of over 20 percent. In 2019, the fund had growth of 27.5 (2018, 28 percent). Currently, the fund has six different asset classes with separate portfolios based on different types of investments.
