Nurminen’s new Forwarding Made Easy service in Finland helps you to optimise forwarding services and the related permits of Finnish Customs or equivalent authorities. Leave forwarding to us, so you can focus on your core business. As part of the service, Nurminen provides continuous monitoring of processes and also assesses any future development needs.

Customised proposal for action

Together with the customer, Nurminen examines the customer’s current operating model in terms of transportation, customs clearance and storage. We evaluate all processes and explain how they could be improved. On the basis of a proposal for action, the customer can authorise Nurminen to clarify the permit process, or even outsource its entire forwarding function to Nurminen. Written instructions help the customer to smoothly introduce the service and allow new employees to easily learn how the process works.

Support and monitoring

In the production phase, we support the customer in solving any problems and monitor the project’s progress. This enables us to prepare for possible changes in future service needs.
