New shares of Nurminen Logistics Plc registered with the trade register

Nurminen Logistics Plc                        Stock Exchange Release July 13, 2021, at 9.45 a.m.

A total of  2.875.795 new shares issued in Nurminen Logistics Plc’s (the “Company”) share issue to the Company itself has been registered with the Trade Register on July 13, 2021. Following the registration of the New Shares, the total number of the Company’s shares is 77.088.462 shares, of which 65.262 shares in total are held by the Company.

The New Shares will be admitted to trading together with the Company’s existing shares on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd on or about July 14, 2021.
