Nurminen Logistics Plc to launch process for increacing efficiency

Nurminen Logistics is implementing important digitilization scheme. In addition to this development the company initiates an efficiency program in Finland, which aims to improve profitability by developing procurement and other processes and includes co-determination negotiantions on staff reductions. 

Nurminen Logistics is implementing important digitilization scheme. In addition to this development the company initiates an efficiency program in Finland, which aims to improve profitability by developing procurement and other processes and includes co-determination negotiantions on staff reductions. The target of the program is to secure benefits from the recent large scale implementation of the new ERP system and future positive development of company’s competetiveness.

Nurminen Logistics starts co-determination negotiations in its Finnish entities. The negotiations may lead to reduction of in maximum of ten co-workers in Nurminen Logistics Services limited and reduction of in maximum of three co-workes in Nurminen Logistics Plc’s administrative function.

The targeted results of now launched development program will take effect in 2019 and reach their full potential in 2020. The improvement measures aim to improve company’s profitability by one milion euros on yearly level.
