Last day of trading with warrants in Nustay A/S is September 8[th] 2020
Tuesday, September 8th 2020, is the last day of trading on Spotlight Stock Market in Nustay A/S (“Nustay” or “the Company”) warrants that were issued in connection with the issue of units in March 2020. The last day to subscribe for new shares with the support of warrants is September 10th 2020.
Warrants that have not been exercised by the subscribing of new shares by Thursday, the 10th of September 2020 or sold by Tuesday, the 8th of September 2020 will expire worthlessly. For the warrant holders’ warrants not to expire wortlessly, the warrant holders need to take action and instruct their bank.
