Nustay A/S: Annual General Meeting postponed due to Covid-19
Nustay A/S (“Nustay”) hereby informs that the Board of Directors has decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting from May 29th to August 28th, 2020. The Danish authorities has recently decided to postpone the deadline for conducting AGMs as a result of the Covid-19 epidemic. Nustay’s decision to postpone the AGM was consequently taken in consideration of the updated official regulations, as well as the uncertainties afflicting the entire travel and hospitality industry at the moment. Formal notice will be sent out at a later date.
