Nustay has bankruptcy approved and trustee appointed

Nustay A/S (“Nustay”) has today announced that its bankruptcy application has been approved by ‘Skifteretten’ (the Danish court handling bankruptcies and liquidations). Skifteretten has also appointed Anders Hammer Hansen, from Brockstedt-Kaalund Advokatpartnerselskab, as trustee to handle the bankruptcy process.

‘Skifteretten’ (the Danish court handling bankruptcies and liquidations) has approved Nustay’s bankruptcy application and has appointed Anders Hammer Hansen, Advokat (H) and partner at Brockstedt-Kaalund Advokatpartnerselskab, as trustee.
