Nyfosa acquires a warehouse portfolio at a value of MSEK 176

Nyfosa has recently signed an agreement with Hamhus AB to acquire a warehouse portfolio at a value of SEK 176 million in southern Sweden. The acquisition comprises six properties.

The acquired warehouse portfolio comprises six properties of approximately 32,155 square meters in total with annual rental income of SEK 18.9 million. The properties are located in the following six cities in southern Sweden: Linköping, Nässjö, Ljungby, Malmö, Växjö and Falköping. The tenants include among others PacsOn, Xerox Sverige AB and Laritryck and the average remaining lease term amounts to 4.9 years. The leasing rate amounts to 97 percent. Closing date will be today on April 30, 2019. The acquisition is financed through own equity.
