Nyfosa divests properties at a value of approximately SEK 1 billion

Nyfosa has signed an agreement to divest the properties Snödroppen 2 and Tulpanen 3 in Mölndal at a value of MSEK 1,037. The properties that comprise a leasable area of around 78,000 square meters, primarily offices and warehouses, will be acquired by property company Regio. The properties have a rental value of MSEK 106 and the average remaining lease term is 4.7 years. The occupancy rate is 66 percent. The transaction will be closed on September 1, 2020.
