Nyfosa divests residential properties at a value of MSEK 445 to Heimstaden

Nyfosa has signed an agreement with Heimstaden to divest two properties in Eskilstuna at an underlying property value of MSEK 445.    

The Namnsdagen 1 property comprises of rental apartments with a total leasable area of approximately 9 thousand square meters and a rental value of MSEK 18.5. The Nacken 1 property, situated in Munktellstaden, Eskilstuna, is a project property with building permit for development of approximately 14,000 square meters GFA for rental apartments. Closing date is today December 4, 2020.
