Nyfosa divests retail property at a value of MSEK 220

Nyfosa has signed an agreement to divest a property at an underlying value of MSEK 220 to Tingsön Fastigheter AB.

The property, with mainly retail tenants, is located in central Södertälje with a rental area of approximately 13 thousand square meters. The annual rental income amounts to approximately MSEK 19 and the rental value amounts to approximately MSEK 21. Closing date will be today on February 1, 2021.
