Nyfosa divests retail property for a value of MSEK 139

Nyfosa has divested a retail property in central Linköping, Sweden, for a value of MSEK 139. The Dynamon 5 property, comprising an area of about 4.1 thousand square meters, was acquired by property company Botrygg. The property has a rental value of MSEK 9.5, of which 60 percent comes from retail, with a remaining lease term of 3.2 years. The property was vacated on June 1, 2020.

 

“We are always open to divest properties if we find a good and logical deal. This is a solitary retail property in central Linköping where we saw a good opportunity to sell”, comments Stina Lindh Hök, COO of Nyfosa.
