Nyfosa has acquired a property at a total value of approximately MSEK 65

Nyfosa has acquired an office property in Örnsköldsvik at a value of approximately MSEK 65, which complements Nyfosa's existing portfolio in the area with strong cash flows.

The acquired property Köpmannen 1 in Örnsköldsvik comprises an area of approximately 7 thousand square meters consisting of mainly offices with a rental value of approximately MSEK 8. The tenants include Örnsköldsvik Municipality, Medborgarskolan, ABB, Nordic Wellness and Euro Accident. The average contract period is 2.0 years with an occupancy rate of 86 percent. Closing date for the property was October 5, 2020.
