Nynas receives best supplier award
The tyre producer Pirelli names Nynas as one of nine suppliers selected from a global list of more than 10,000, to be recognised for its high quality and exceptional service level.
“Nynas is honoured to receive the Pirelli Supplier Award 2019, which demonstrates the strength of the long-term relationship between the two companies,” says Simon Day.
The Pirelli Supplier Awards are presented annually to acknowledge companies that have distinguished themselves by supporting Pirelli’s aim to make their supply chain more sustainable, innovative and qualitatively excellent.
Quality, capacity for innovation, speed and global coverage of supply were the key elements guiding the selection for the 2019 Supplier Awards.
The award was presented at Pirelli Headquarters in Milan on 25 September by Marco Tronchetti Provera, Executive Vice Chairman and CEO, to Simon Day, Vice President Naphthenics for Nynas AB.
In its capacity as a supplier of high-performance tyre oils, Nynas has been recognised by Pirelli as a company which over time has become a true partner, able to contribute to particularly challenging projects and applications, and a supplier which demonstrates the potential to develop future strategic projects.
