ENI CONFIRMS PARTICIPATION IN OBDUCAT AB’S CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURE LOAN ISSUE

OBDUCAT, leading manufacturer of lithography solutions based on nanoimprint lithography and electron beam lithography, has been informed of ENI AB’s participation in the ongoing convertible debenture loan issue.

European Nano Invest AB have informed the board of directors in Obducat AB (publ) that a binding subscription, equivalent to 1.5 MSEK, has been made. Furthermore ENI have ongoing discussions regarding financing that will enable ENI to make a further subscription to a value of 3.5 MSEK, making a total subscription of 5 MSEK in total.

This is information that Obducat AB is required to make in compliance with the Swedish Securities Market Act. The information was submitted for publication on January 24, 2011 at 08.45 CET.
