Obducat receives order for a fully automated wet processing system
OBDUCAT AB (publ) subsidiary Obducat Europe GmbH, a leading supplier of system solutions for lithography processing, has received an order from a leading semiconductor manufacturer, for the supply of a MC 208 (fully automated resist coating and developing system). The order value amounts to approx. 760 k€.
The MC 208 system will be installed in the customers cleanroom production facilities. The customer target with the investment is to bring their production facilities to higher automation level as well as to increase production capacity.
The MC 208 system is planned to be delivered end of Q2 2018.
