Obducat receives order for an EITRE® 3 NIL-system from University of Cambridge
OBDUCAT AB (publ) subsidiary Obducat Technologies AB, a leading supplier of lithography solutions based on nanoimprint lithography (NIL), has received an order from University of Cambridge, for the supply of a fully equipped EITRE 3 NIL-system. The order value amounts to approx. 1.6 million SEK.
The EITRE 3 system will be delivered to the Physics department at University of Cambridge and installed in the cleanroom at Cavendish Laboratory. The system will be used by the Nanophotonics Group for R&D activities focused on applications within nano-photonics and colour-changing wall papers.
The EITRE 3 system is planned to be delivered in the fourth quarter this year.
