(NGM:OBDU B)

The reverse split 1:80 of shares that was decided on Obducat’s general meeting, has now been implemented.

Due to this reverse split of shares, the conversion rate for Obducat’s convertibles 2008/2011 has been recalculated (multiplied by 80) and is now 132 SEK (instead of earlier 1,65 SEK).

The reverse split of shares has also resulted in changes of the conditions for the warrants 2009/2011:A and B as well as 2009:2012:A and B.

• Each warrant 2009/2011 entitles the owner to subscribe for one share per eighty warrants, at the share price of 60 SEK. (Earlier, one warrant entitled one to subscribe for one share, at the share price of 0,75 SEK).

• Each warrant 2009/2012 entitles the owner to subscribe for one share per eighty warrants, at the share price of 72 SEK. (Earlier, a warrant 2009/2012 entitled one to subscribe for one share, at the share price of 0,90 SEK.)
