Oboya appoints Peter Wallin as Chief Operating Officer
By appointing Peter Wallin as COO, Oboya Horticulture Industries AB intensifies its work towards operational excellence. The position has been open since Martin Dahlberg was promoted as CEO in March 2020.
Effective 1st of June, Peter Wallin will start as new Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Oboya, reporting directly to the CEO, Martin Dahlberg. With over 20 years of experience in production, logistics and supply chains, Peter will take charge of the group’s complete supply chain. Peter has worked as interim manager in various industries, including automotive, train maintenance, and plastics, all in leading management roles and with excellent results. He has had responsibilities of up to 500 employees and with strong leadership skills managed to implement LEAN to realize substantial efficiencies.
