Oboya establishes a new company in China

Oboya Horticulture Industries AB (publ) has established a new company in Suzhou, China, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Oboya Horticulture Industries HK Ltd in China. The company is called Oboya Horticulture Technologies Co., Ltd ("the company") with operation within Facility Management for the cultivation industry.

The Company's Facility Management covers different services to cultivation industry. The services will be in general offered to horticulture cultivation, agriculture cultivation, city parks / cultivation and various cultivation plants. In China, a major change is taking place in the cultivation sector, and Oboya strives to take a holistic approach to the market through our full product range and service offering.
