Observe Medical ASA: Interim CFO appointed

Oslo, 9 December 2019: Observe Medical ASA (“Observe Medical”) today announces that Per Arne Nygård is appointed interim Chief Financial Officer of the company for the period 9 December, 2019 to 1 March, 2020.

Per Arne Nygård has been with Navamedic ASA as a consultant since August, 2019. He has held several executive financial positions and was group accounting manager at Multiconsult ASA from May 2015 to April 2019. Nygård holds a bachelor’s degree in auditing from Molde University College.
