Oslo, April 30, 2021 – Observe Medical ASA (OSE:OBSRV): The annual general meeting of Observe Medical ASA will be held on Friday, May 21, 2021 at 09:00 (CET) in the Observe Medical offices in Henrik Ibsens gate 90 (3rd floor), 0255 Oslo.  The Notice of the Annual General Meeting is attached. Due to the restrictions caused by Covid-19 and advice from the Norwegian authorities in connection therewith, all shareholders are encouraged to exercise their shareholder rights without physical attendance at the General Meeting.
