The Oslo Stock Exchange approves Observe Medical ASA for listing on Oslo Axess

Oslo Børs has resolved to admit the shares in Observe Medical ASA to listing on Oslo Axess.

It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of listing must satisfy the listing requirements on Oslo Axess.

The Chief Executive Officer of the Oslo Stock Exchange determines the date of the first day of listing, which is to be no later than no later than 13 December 2019
