    Successful placement of senior unsecured bonds

    Ocean Yield AS (“Ocean Yield”) has successfully completed a new bond issue of NOK 1,251 million, carrying a coupon of 3 months NIBOR + 3.15% p.a. with quarterly interest payments. The bond issue attracted strong interest and was well oversubscribed. The net proceeds from the bond issue will be applied towards refinancing of outstanding debt, facilitate growth, and general corporate purposes. In conjunction with the new bond issue, Ocean Yield has repurchased NOK 139.5 million of outstanding bonds with ticker OCY07 (ISIN: NO0010869720). Ocean Yield now holds NOK 600 million in OCY07

    Ocean Yield AS (“Ocean Yield”) has mandated Arctic Securities, Danske Bank, DNB Markets, Nordea and SEB, as Joint Lead Managers to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing today, Tuesday 20 August 2024.     Investment in LNG carriers with long-term charters

    Ocean Yield AS ("Ocean Yield" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has agreed to purchase infrastructure fund CVC DIF’s share in the French company Geogas LNG, providing an indirect economic interest of up to 34% in France LNG Shipping SAS (“FLS”). FLS owns a portfolio of LNG carriers on long-term charters and is 50/50 owned by NYK and Geogas LNG.     Investment in two Suezmax tankers with sustainability-linked lease

    Ocean Yield AS ("Ocean Yield" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has agreed to acquire two 2022-built Suezmax tankers. Both vessels were built at Daehan Shipbuilding in Korea. Upon delivery (expected in the fourth quarter), the vessels will commence 14-year bareboat charters to guaranteed subsidiaries of Euronav NV, a leading crude oil tanker company, listed on the New York Stock Exchange and Euronext Brussels. The bareboat charter rates will have a variable element linked to the respective vessel’s actual carbon emissions, incentivizing the charterer to keep emissions low.
