FRN Ocean Yield ASA Senior Unsecured Callable Bond Issue 2015/2020 ISIN – NO 001 0734965

Ocean Yield ASA (the “Company”) has notified Nordic Trustee, who is acting as bond trustee for the above mentioned bond issue (the "Bond Issue") that the Company has exercised the call option in accordance with the bond agreement to repay the remaining amounts outstanding under the Bond Issue.

Settlement will take place on 27 January 2020.
