OCY06 – Confirmation of written bondholders' resolution

25 October 2021 - Ocean Yield ASA has now received confirmation that the written resolution proposed pursuant to the notice of 25 October 2021 for the perpetual hybrid callable bond issue with ISIN NO 0010861594 (OCY06) has been adopted.

A copy of the confirmation from the bond trustee is attached.
