Mr. Tom Henrik Sundby, the spouse of Ms. Anne Christin Døvigen who is a Board Member of Ocean Yield ASA (“Ocean Yield”), has today acquired 10,000 shares in Ocean Yield at a price of NOK 46.50 per share. Following this transaction, Mr. Tom Henrik Sundby owns 25,000 shares and Ms. Anne Christin Døvigen owns 32,400 shares in Ocean Yield.
