Registration of private limited company conversion and new company name completed

Oslo, 7 January 2022 – With reference to resolutions made by the extraordinary general meeting on 7 December 2021, the registration of the company's conversion to a private limited company has now been completed. As a consequence, the company's name has changed to Ocean Yield AS and the company's board of directors consist of Vincent Policard (chair) and Bernardo Nogueira.
