STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN – 10 February, 2026 - Amy Damone takes over as the leader of Community Association Services (CAS), part of Odevo. She succeeds John Stone, CAS founder and CEO, who is retiring after a long and impactful career.

Amy Damone brings more than 15 years of experience in community association management and a deep, hands-on understanding of CAS’s operations, culture, and clients. CAS is a part of Odevo, a residential property management group operating across nine markets, with a presence in 15 U.S. states, approximately 4,800 employees, 614,000 homes under management, and nearly 3,000 clients.

Amy’s journey at CAS began at the front desk as a receptionist. Over the years, she has held roles across customer service, collections, portfolio management, and on-site leadership, advancing into senior leadership through operational excellence and the trust earned with clients, boards, and colleagues. Amy was appointed as President in 2025 and will now lead the CAS team into the future.

“Amy is a leader who understands this business from the ground up,” says Paul Kaplan, CEO of Odevo US. “She combines deep operational experience with clarity, humility, and a strong sense of partnership. That combination matters—for our clients, our colleagues, and the continued development of Odevo US.”

CAS was founded by John Stone, whose leadership played a central role in shaping the company’s culture, reputation, and service model, as well as supporting Odevo’s expansion in the U.S.

As President, Amy Damone will focus on preserving CAS’s strong culture while strengthening operational scalability, service quality, and internal infrastructure. Her leadership approach emphasizes transparency, accountability, and education, with a long-term commitment to partnerships built on trust and consistency.

“I believe kindness is a leadership strength, and that leading with empathy and innovation builds stronger teams and better communities,” says Amy Damone, President of CAS. “I am honored to continue this work as part of Odevo, alongside a team that shares these values and is committed to challenging the status quo while putting people first.”
