Odfjell SE: Annual General Meeting 2021 - Minutes

The Annual General Meeting of Odfjell SE was held on May 5, 2021. All items according to the agenda dated March 31, 2021, were approved.  

Election of the Board 

Pursuant to the Company's Article of Association, three of the current six members of the Board were up for election at the General Meeting. The General Meeting re-elected Laurence Ward Odfjell as Chair for a period of one year, and Åke Henrik Gregertsen and Åse Aulie Michelet as board members for a period of two years.
