With reference to the Odfjell SE (the “Company”) 4Q22 report of 8 February 2023. The Board of Directors have approved a dividend payment of USD 0.61 per share based on the Company’s second half 2022 financial result.

Key information relating to the dividend payment: 

Declared dividend: USD 0.61 per outstanding share
Declared currency: NOK, based on the spot Bloomberg USDNOK fix (BFIX) at 12:00hrs CET on 9 February 2023
Last day including: 10 February 2023
Ex-div date: 13 February 2023
Record date: 14 February 2023
Payment date: 21 February 2023

Please note the correct ex-div date will be 13 February 2023, not 10 February 2023 as informed in the 4Q22 report.
