Result of bondholders’ meetings

Reference is made to the previous announcements on December 13, 2019 regarding summons to bondholders’ meetings in ODF08 (ISIN NO0010782584) and ODF09 (ISIN NO0010796238) on January 10, 2020. 

The meetings were held today and the proposed resolutions were approved by a qualified majority in each of the bondholders’ meetings. Please see the attached confirmation to this effect from Nordic Trustee.
