ODIM proposes dividend

(Hareid - 24 March 2009): The board of ODIM ASA resolved at a meeting on 23 March to propose to the annual general meeting on 25 May 2009 that a dividend of NOK 2.00 per share be paid for fiscal 2008.

The board indicated in last year’s annual report that it would pay greater attention in the future to the possibility of paying a dividend, and that a possible pay-out to shareholders would be considered after the 2008 accounts were presented.

The board’s proposal is based on an overall assessment of the company’s financial position, including the expected development of cash flow, investment plans, financing requirements and the desire for an appropriate financial flexibility.

Assuming that the annual general meeting approves the proposal, the shares will be quoted exclusive of dividend from 26 May 2009.
