    OEM International raises EBITA margin target

    The board of OEM International AB has decided to raise the group’s financial target for the EBITA margin to at least 12 percent (previously 10 percent) per year over a business cycle."Over the years, OEM has invested in systems and developed more efficient processes, which has resulted that the EBITA margin has gradually strengthened.     OEM International acquires Zoedale Ltd in UK

    OEM International has today acquired Zoedale Ltd in UK, which has annual sales of GBP 3 million. The division represents among others ASCO, Valpes, Omal, Bernard Controls and Peter Paul who manufacture valves and actuators for various process and industrial applications.- This broadens the product range and strengthens the offer to customers on the UK market.
