Correction: OEM International acquires Candelux Sp. z o.o. in Poland

This acquisition is not expected to affect the price on the shares, which incorrectly appeared in the earlier press release.

OEM International has today signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Candelux Sp. z o.o. The company, with head office in Warsaw, Poland, is the distributor of lighting products of own and third party premium brands. Candelux has a yearly turnover of approximately 4 MEUR.

- Candelux has with more than 25 years’ experience in working with both commercial and residential projects a strong position on the Polish lightning market. Beside continue developing Candelux it also gives an opportunity to launch Hide-a-lite lightning products in the Polish market, says Jörgen Zahlin, Managing Director and CEO for OEM International.

The acquisition is expected to have a marginal impact on OEM’s profit for the current year.
