OEM International sells Industri AB Reflex

OEM International sells Industri AB Reflex OEM International has signed an agreement to sell Industri AB Reflex to Elektromontage i Söderköping AB with September 1st 2003 as day of taking possession. Industri AB Reflex constructs and produces automatic cabinets. In 2002 the company had a turnover of 32 SEK million and a profit of 2,8 SEK million. - The sale is a positive step in our strategy to concentrate the corporate ownership to companies that trade mainly in components and systems.
