Nine Printers and Multifunction Devices from OKI Data Americas Earn Editor’s Choice Awards from Better Buys for Business
Mount Laurel, NJ (April 2, 2015) — OKI Data Americas announces that nine of its single function and multifunction printers (MFPs) including the monochrome B412dn, B423dn, B512dn, MB472w, MB492, MB562w, and three digital color C900 series devices have each earned the Better Buys for Business Editor’s Choice Award. The devices were acknowledged for several valuable attributes, including their strong environmental features, low total cost of ownership (TCO), print quality, and media handling capabilities.
The B412dn, B432dn and B512dn were each recognized as affordable and compact devices in the monochrome single function printer category. Along with their compact design, the devices offer excellent cost-per-page figures, fast first-page-out time and duplex printing capabilities – all of which are ideal for small-to-medium workgroups.
Better Buys for Business noted that the MB472w and MB562w monochrome MFPs offer wireless connectivity as well as a low TCO. The MB492 and MB562w were recognized for their support for mobile printing including Apple® AirPrint™ for iOS™ devices, Google Cloud Print™ and OKI Mobile print for Android devices. The analyst group also commended the devices as “affordable, compact MFPs that are intended for offices that need to do a lot of [monochrome] printing.”
The C941e, part of the revolutionary C900 series from OKI Data, was noted for its impressive color printing capabilities, including CMYK, plus white and enhanced clear toner. Both the C931e and C941e were praised for their upgrades including extended warranty1, envelope feeder support, extended free custom media files2 and a higher color density for professional quality output.
