By notifications dated 11 April 2006 received yesterday, the Company has been informed that Lehman Brothers International (Europe) had interests in: 305,143,226 shares in the Company on 6 April 2006, representing 5.57% of the Company’s issued ordinary share capital; and 342,049,845 shares in the Company on 7 April 2006, representing 6.24% of the Company’s issued ordinary share capital. By notification dated 12 April 2006 received today, the Company has been informed that Lehman Brothers International (Europe) had interests in 609,333,256 shares in the Company on 10 April 2006, representing 11.12% of the Company’s issued ordinary share capital. 12 April 2006
