‘How to reduce supply chain costs with Oliver Wight’
“Optimisation is about making sure the supply chain is completely aligned with what the business is trying to deliver strategically and making sure it is fit for purpose,” Oliver Wight Associate, Anne Marie Kilkenny, explains. “This results in significant savings.”
‘Supply Chain Optimization in the manufacturing industry’
Quality Furniture Company (QFC) has been working with Oliver Wight to optimise a complex supply chain and shares a story of success in one of the case studies presented in the videos. “We needed systems and processes that made short lead times not just a promise, but something we could deliver in reality,” David Bramwell, Managing Director, recalls. “Oliver Wight helped us manage and integrate our supply chain so that we are in control of our business.”
‘Achieving Class A Business Excellence with Oliver Wight’
Akzo Nobel Packaging Coatings Inks has achieved the Class A standard for IBP and Supply Chain Optimization, which has brought substantial financial benefits.
