Olvi completes the acquisition of Brewery International

Olvi plc has completed the acquisition in which it purchases a majority share and votes in Brewery International business group. Final closing formalities were completed and the transaction took legal effect as of 2 January 2026. 

On 3 December 2025, Olvi announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire a 51% majority share in Brewery International, a well-established group of companies importing and distributing beverages in Norway and Sweden, with an option to acquire the remaining shares later. The business group consists of Brewery International companies, focusing on brewery products, and Mission Wine & Spirits companies, specialising in quality wines and spirits. In total, the companies employ 29 people.

The parties finalized the closing practicalities and the transaction took legal and accounting effect as of 2 January 2026.
