Olvi plc’s Annual Report for 2022 has been published. The Annual Report includes the Board of Director’s Report, Financial Statements and Corporate Responsibility Report. Reports on corporate governance and remuneration in 2022 are attached to the Annual Report.

The Annual Report will not be released in printed form.

Clarification regarding record date of the dividend payment

In the Financial Statements Release published on February 10, 2023, Olvi plc incorrectly stated the record date of the first installment of the dividend payment as March 30, 2023. According to the Board of Director’s Report and Financial Statements, the record date of the first installment of dividends is 31 March 2023.
