Dear shareholder,

Omnicar has indeed delivered on its promises for the year.

Personally, I am very proud of what we have accomplished and extremely happy that we have been able to deliver on all of our forecasted figures and objectives.

We are now entering a new phase. Our concept has proven its worth and customers are rating Omnicar best in the industry. Now we need to scale up our business, and we want to progress at a rapid pace. By 1 August, we will have five vans and by early 2022 the number will have increased to 12. We should be able to launch van number 20 at end of next year and a team of 30 mechanics. Using current metrics, one van equals a monthly revenue of SEK 225,000. This figure is based on one mechanic per van. However, next year there will be 1,5 mechanics per van, bringing the monthly revenue per van up to SEK 335,000.

In addition, we have our SaaS revenue, estimated SEK 9-10 million yearly.

For me as founder and the largest shareholder of Omnicar it’s important to ensure that our organization and management have the right fit to scale up the business. My strength lies in business development and leveraging all of the optionalities we have going forward. We wish to disrupt the automotive sector and create optimal mobility and service solutions for our customers and the market, and this is where I wish to keep my focus.

For the day-to-day operations, and to manage the important task of scaling the business, we have during recent months been looking for a candidate who could take over my role as CEO of Omnicar Holding. Being the founder of Omnicar, it’s been a very emotional decision for me as I obviously have a lot of passion for the company, and so we have been very selective in our search.

Our search has resulted in a great candidate surfacing and on my recommendation the board of directors has decided to appoint Mikkel Christensen as new CEO of Omnicar Holding AB and our company in Denmark, OmnicarService. Mikkel Christensen currently holds the position of After Sales & Service Director at MAN Truck & Bus Denmark where he forms part of the executive management team and is overall responsible for the After Sales activities in Denmark, including the importer functions, the private service network and the operation of the own retail business covering six own branches with around 150 dedicated employees including 100 mechanics. I am very proud that we have been able to attract such a strong candidate to the post.

With his experience and skills from the automotive industry, as well as a solid and proven track record, he is a perfect match for OmniCar Holding and our journey going forward.

Mikkel Christensen has an educational background within the automotive industry as an Automotive Economist and also holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration - International Business (HD) from the Copenhagen Business School. Furthermore, Mikkel has been active in different industry organizations and been an active board member for Kjaer Group.

Mikkel Christensen will join Omnicar on 1 November 2021.

Mikkel Christensen says: “I am excited about the opportunity to join Omnicar and I look forward to driving continued success for the organization. I am convinced that the timing is right for me to join Omnicar. The automotive industry is facing major changes as we see customer demands and expectations are changing. I believe that the great customer rating which Omnicarservice has been receiving already proves that the concept is meeting the changing customer demands. This is a great starting point, and I am therefore looking very much forward to meeting the team & the customers and to using the existing platform to scale up and develop the business with the customers in focus.

As stated above, I will continue as an executive director on the board of directors while at the same time maintaining my focus on business development, leveraging all of our optionalities and maintaining our relations to our investor community. In addition, I will be supporting Mikkel Christensen in his new role as CEO for Omnicar Holding AB.

My board member position is subject to approval at the next EGM (no date yet).
