Clarification: OmniCar sees major growth during 2022 – The company targets a revenue of approximately SEK 135 million by the end of 2022 on a yearly rolling basis. An increase of 440% YoY growth.
The company wants to address that the MAR-label should not have been in the previous press release about the guidance for 2022.
In order to clarify the press release sent earlier today: the revenue for 2022 is based on an annual rolling basis which effectively means that the company will hit a monthly revenue of 11,25 million SEK some time during 2022. The revenue will be derived from two of the company’s legs, firstly the OmniCarService (OCS) which today has five active vans (with the sixth one being fitted) with a plan of extending the fleet to 20 vans during 2022. The expected service-van roll out rate per quarter will amount to three or four vans. Here we expect the revenue, on an annual rolling basis to reach 58 million SEK (goal of a monthly revenue of 4,83 million SEK during 2022).
Our expectation is that during 2022, 20 vans will each bring in a total of 240.000 SEK per month.
Secondly, the OmniCar E-Cars Platform – Here we expect the revenue, on an annual rolling basis to reach 75 million SEK (goal of a monthly revenue of 6,25 million SEK during 2022.
Our expectation is that during 2022, 500 cars will be sold on the platform and each will be sold at an average price of 150.000 SEK.
The platform is yet to be launched and no sales has yet taken place on the platform. In accordance with our previous press release about the 2022 guidance, the platform will go live during Q1 2022.
