Claus T. Hansen steps down from OmniCar Board of Directors
OmniCar Holding AB ("the Company"), a technology solutions provider empowering the auto industry, today announced that Claus T. Hansen has stepped down from its Board of Directors.
Claus T. Hansen says, “It has been a great journey to establish OmniCar as a convenient service provider for car owners in Denmark. We are pioneers within mobile service with a solid proof of concept and high customer satisfaction. It is time for the next chapter for the company and I am looking forward to supporting the company from the sideline as one of the largest shareholders.”
