Dansk Bilbrancheråd is digitalising its workshops in cooperation with OmniCar

Dansk Bilbrancheråd has signed a framework agreement with the IT company OmniCar, which will assist with digitalising the workshop sector.

"It is necessary to be able to work digitally to ensure the operational future of independent vehicle workshops, but many workshops do not have digital solutions that are simple and easy for them to use,” says Erik S. Rasmussen, Director of Dansk Bilbrancheråd, who welcomes the new cooperation:

“We can now refer to OmniCar as a permanent partner when we advise our members on the digitalisation of their businesses. It brings confidence to the sector in terms of service contracts and digital communications with customers, and it also puts individual workshops at ease when they know that they can choose a reliable solution," says Erik S. Rasmussen.

"OmniCar will help the almost 2,000 members of our trade association by offering customised service agreements to the workshops’ customers through the SAM (Service Agreement Manager) software solution. It’s a solution that links customers closely to the individual workshop,” explains Tom Due Andersen, Sales Director of OmniCar, who looks forward to working with Dansk Bilbrancheråd and its members:

The collaboration includes an agreement on joint communication and marketing and permanent dialogue between OmniCar and Dansk Bilbrancheråd’s members through participation in local member meetings and conferences, in addition to the offer to members to use OmniCar’s SAM software.
